Who can join?
Anyone who knows property managers — vendors and contractors, property owners, accountants, associations. If you already use UnitConnect for your company, refer from inside the app instead: Admin → Refer a client.
When do I earn my reward?
When a company you referred becomes a paying UnitConnect client — after its free trial and its first monthly payments.
How and when am I paid?
Once a month, by PayPal, bank transfer or check — you choose on your partner page. Before your first payment we ask for a W-9.
Is there a limit?
No. Each company you refer that becomes a client earns a reward.
Do I need to say I earn a reward?
Yes. When you recommend UnitConnect, mention that you're a partner and earn a reward for referrals. It's the law, and it's fair to the people you're talking to.
