Does search cover every record type?
Tenants, properties, vendors, invoices and bills are all searchable from the one box, alongside pages and actions.
Do I have to know the exact name?
No. Type any part of it. Matching is on word prefixes, so “ma” finds Martinez and Marbury, and the letters that matched are highlighted in the result.
Is there a mouse version?
Yes — the search box sits in the header on every screen. The keyboard shortcut is for people who would rather not reach for the mouse.
