Partner program terms
Last updated November 1, 2026.
UnitConnect's partner program lets people who aren't UnitConnect clients refer companies to UnitConnect and be paid when they become clients. These terms apply alongside the terms of use. You accept them when you join.
Who can join
Anyone, once UnitConnect approves them. If you sign in to UnitConnect for a client company, refer through the referral program instead. UnitConnect may decline to approve anyone.
Your link and code
Once approved, you get one link and one code, shown on your partner page. They work while you are an approved partner and the program is running.
What a new client gets
A company that signs up with your link or code gets the discount shown when it signs up — for example, a percentage off each monthly charge for its first months after the free trial. It can't be combined with another promo code.
Your reward
For each referred company that becomes a paying client, you earn the reward shown on your partner page when that company signed up. Rewards are paid in cash. A later change to the reward applies to companies that sign up after it.
When a referral counts
- The company is new to UnitConnect and signs up with your link or code.
- It finishes its free trial and pays as many monthly subscription invoices as the program asks for, as shown on the partner program page.
- A company counts as a referral once, whoever referred it.
UnitConnect may set a limit on how many referrals a partner is paid for in a calendar year; any limit is shown on the partner program page.
Referrals that don't count
Referring yourself, your own company, a company you own or control, or a company that shares your email domain doesn't earn a reward. UnitConnect may review any referral before paying for it, and may withhold a reward for a referral that doesn't meet these terms — for example, one that is refunded or cancelled straight away.
Getting paid
Rewards are paid once a month by PayPal, bank transfer or check, as you choose on your partner page. Before your first payment UnitConnect asks for a W-9 (or the tax form that applies to you), and may report payments to tax authorities as the law requires. Taxes on your rewards are yours to pay.
How you promote UnitConnect
- Say that you're a UnitConnect partner and earn a reward whenever you recommend UnitConnect, so the people you talk to know.
- Describe UnitConnect accurately. Don't promise prices, features or results it doesn't offer.
- Don't post your code on coupon or deal sites, and don't bid on UnitConnect's name in paid search ads.
- Don't send unsolicited bulk email or messages, and follow the laws on marketing messages where you are.
- You're an independent partner, not UnitConnect's employee or agent, and can't speak for UnitConnect.
Pausing or ending
UnitConnect may pause your link or end your participation if these terms aren't followed, and you can leave at any time. Rewards already earned under these terms are still paid, except where a referral was fraudulent.
Your information
UnitConnect keeps your name, email, company and how you'd like to be paid, to run the program. Your partner page shows the names of the companies that signed up with your link, and your link shows your company name — or your name — to the person who opens it.
Changes
UnitConnect may change or end the partner program at any time. A change to the reward or the discount applies to sign-ups from then on: a referred company keeps the discount it signed up with, and you keep the reward that applied when it signed up.
