Referral program terms

UnitConnect's referral program lets current UnitConnect clients refer other companies. These terms apply alongside the terms of use.

Who can refer

Any company with a UnitConnect account in good standing. Each company has one referral link and code, found in UnitConnect under Admin, then Refer a client.

What the new client gets

A company that signs up with a referral link or code gets the discount shown when it signs up — for example, a percentage off each monthly charge for its first months after the free trial. The discount applies to monthly plans and can't be combined with another promo code.

What the referrer gets

When a referred company becomes a paying client, the referrer gets a credit on its UnitConnect account, in the amount shown on its Refer a client page when the referral qualifies. The credit comes off the referrer's next UnitConnect invoices automatically. It has no cash value and can't be transferred.

When a referral qualifies

• The company is new to UnitConnect and signs up with the referrer's link or code.
• It finishes its free trial and pays its first subscription invoice.
• A company counts as a referral once, whoever referred it.

UnitConnect may set a limit on how many referrals a company is credited for in a calendar year; any limit is shown in the product.

Referrals that don't count

Referring your own company, a company you own or control, or signing up with your own payment method doesn't earn a credit. UnitConnect may review any referral before crediting it, and may withhold or reverse a credit for a referral that doesn't meet these terms — for example, one that is refunded or cancelled straight away.

Your company name

A referral link shows the referring company's name to the person who opens it. Once a referred company becomes a client, the referring company sees its name on its Refer a client page.

Changes

UnitConnect may change or end the referral program at any time. A change applies to sign-ups from then on; a referred client keeps the discount it signed up with.
