UnitConnect: Cancellation Policy Explained

UnitConnect is a leading property management software company that helps property managers streamline their operations, simplify communication, and automate workflows. As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have a clear cancellation policy in place for our customers. In this blog post, we’ll explain our cancellation policy for each of our three tiers: the Starter Plan at $79 per month, which supports up to 30 tenants, the Professional Plan at $149 per month, which supports up to 100 tenants, and the Business Plan at $249 per month, which supports up to 200 tenants.

When you sign up for our software, we take your credit card information. However, we don’t charge the card for the first 15 days of your subscription. This means that you have 15 days to try out our software at no cost. After the 15-day trial period is over, we will charge the card on file for the subscription fee for the current billing cycle.

If you decide to cancel your subscription to UnitConnect’s property management software, you can do so at any time. There are no commitments, and you will not be charged any cancellation fees. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription mid-term, you will be charged for the entire billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions in this post. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

We hope that this blog post has provided you with a clear understanding of our cancellation policy for each of our three property management software tiers. Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless and stress-free experience, and we believe that our cancellation policy reflects that commitment. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
