You can budget any type of an expense. All operating expenses such as repairs, maintenance, real estate taxes may be passed through to your Tenants. Our software can bill them if they are obligated to make reimbursements per their Lease.

Having a budget isn’t required, but any business professional should have one. If the lease does not call for reimbursement, then you won’t need to set up CAM charges for that tenant.

You just have to do it once. We understand that your budget is typically the same year over year, therefore our software includes a feature that lets you copy from prior year.
